Pain has chosen Step Up as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pain misses with a hook.

Pain throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sanchez sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sanchez lands a nice leg kick that just misses Pain's sensitive parts.
Sanchez keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
It looks like Max Pain has been cut.

Pain throws a hook but Sanchez blocks it.

Pain changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sanchez tries to avoid it but Pain manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sanchez to the ground. Sanchez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sanchez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pain moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Pain trying to control the position but Sanchez is working away.
Sanchez wants to get back to his feet.
Pain lands a nice forearm strike.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The ground and pound from Pain seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Sanchez takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Pain misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Pain stalks Sanchez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sanchez's face. Sanchez staggers backwards, shaken.
Pain throws a combination. Sanchez tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Pain lands with a nice body punch.
Pain lands with a right and another and another! Sanchez is in big trouble! Pain lands again and this time it's lights out for Sanchez! A quality knockout there for Pain.
