The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stahl shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Barnes as he avoids it easily.
Stahl clobbers Barnes with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Barnes scoring well with a low kick there.
Stahl scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Barnes doesn't seem bothered though.
Stahl takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Barnes lands a body shot.
Kev Barnes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stahl looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Barnes keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Stahl misses with a low kick.
Barnes throws a nice inside leg kick.
Stahl takes one to the chin there.

It looks like Joachim Stahl has been cut.
Barnes throws a nice outside leg kick.
Barnes misses with a series of wild punches.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Stahl crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Barnes - the referee stops the clock and Stahl gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Barnes. Stahl manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Barnes thows a body kick. Stahl tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Barnes scoring well with a low kick there.
Barnes scores with a one two! Stahl had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Stahl takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Barnes knocks Stahl to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Stahl is rocked!

That has opened up Joachim Stahl's cut even more.

Barnes decides to stand up, so the ref orders Stahl to his feet.
Stahl is still on wobbly legs! Can Barnes finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Barnes knocks Stahl out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
