The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza throws a solid leg kick but Lippencot takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Souza.

Souza lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Souza uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Lippencot.
A nice leg kick lands there from Souza.
Souza fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Lippencot on the side of the head.
Souza ducks under a wild hook from Lippencot.
Lippencot throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Souza stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Lippencot throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lippencot throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Souza on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Lippencot drops Souza with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Souza looks back up at him and smiles so Lippencot waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Souza circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Lippencot. Souza falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Lippencot!
