Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Columbo Gatti and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flavor changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Faber looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Faber is not content to let Flavor control the position.
Faber manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Faber looking for submissions off his back.
Faber misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Flavor wants to free his trapped foot but Faber is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Flavor connects with a nice short shot to Faber's temple.
Faber throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Flavor sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Flavor decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Faber tries for a takedown but Flavor circles away easily
and Flavor counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Faber has momentary wrist control but Flavor slips an elbow through the middle.
Flavor stopping the sweep attempt from Faber.
Flavor in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Flavor pushes down on Faber's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Faber looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Faber is breathing heavily.
Flavor looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Faber is trying to get back to full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Flavor landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Flavor has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Faber tries to roll over but Flavor keeps him under control.
Flavor winds up and cracks Faber with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Flavor is keen to just control but Faber is a slippery customer.
Flavor slips a nice elbow through Faber's hands, connecting with Faber's forehead.
Flavor is trying to work for a kimura but Faber is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Flavor is working for a kimura but Faber is defending it quite comfortably.
Flavor is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Faber defends it well.

Faber looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Flavor wants to control from the top but Faber keeps moving.
Flavor slips nicely into half guard.
Flavor seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Faber does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Flavor looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Faber with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Faber wants to get back to full guard but Flavor has passed into side control.

Flavor cracks Faber with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Flavor takes Faber's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Faber is in trouble.
