Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Debbie Clayton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mick frank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
frank is looking to clinch but Clayton is avoiding it.
frank scoring well with a low kick there.
Clayton closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Clayton lands in his opponent's guard.
frank wants to stand and escape but Clayton is having none of it.
Clayton not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

frank is going olschool here, as he tries to force Clayton to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Clayton shrugs it off.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
frank swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Clayton is now in frank's guard. A big mistake from frank there, giving up the dominant position!

frank jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Clayton walks away with a smile on his face. frank gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
frank rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Clayton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
frank scores with a one two! Clayton had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Clayton shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has frank pinned against the cage. frank gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

frank throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Clayton's waist but Clayton gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing frank off to one side.

mick frank comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well frank has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
