Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mala Ika (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pepe Rojas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ika might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Crazy Train. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rojas fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ika manages to avoid it.
Ika is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rojas.
Ika tries to work over Rojas's front leg with a kick but Rojas checks it.
Rojas avoids the body shot from Ika.
Ika pushes Rojas away with a front kick.
Ika throws a leg kick but Rojas sees it coming and moves out of range.
Ika throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Ika's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Ika duly obliges.
Ika thows a left - swing and a miss!
A slow jab from Ika misses its intended target.
Rojas ducks under a wild hook from Ika.
Ika lands a nice shot that snaps Rojas's head back.

Rojas steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Ika. That one must have hurt.
Good leg kick by Ika there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Ika stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ika wants it to stay on the feet.
Ika cracks Rojas with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Ika finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Ika slaps away a takedown attempt from Rojas, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Rojas shoots for a double leg takedown but Ika sprawls well. He's pushed Rojas's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Rojas is trying desperately to land a takedown but Ika is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Rojas.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Rojas might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Ika has got the better of the exchanges.
