The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zidane tries to score a power double leg takedown but da Silva Filho sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zidane somewhat.
Zidane throws a head kick but da Silva Filho moves out of range.
Zidane tries to close the distance and clinch but da Silva Filho swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
da Silva Filho shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Zidane manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
