Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Heavy Hands (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Risto Ryhti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hands comes to the cage accompanied by Til I Collapse. Risto Ryhti has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Heavy Hands's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Heavy Hands!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Risto Ryhti!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hands circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hands changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ryhti tries to avoid it but Hands manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ryhti to the ground. Ryhti escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Ryhti feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Ryhti tries to stand but Hands is controlling from the bottom.
Ryhti is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Hands goes for an armbar but Ryhti turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Ryhti.

Hands isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Ryhti stacks Hands on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Ryhti!

Well Ryhti has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
