The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Still scores with a takedown into Rogers's guard. Still passes into half guard. Rogers looks like he's trying to stand up.
Still lands with a punch from half guard. Still trying to mount his opponent but Rogers defends it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rogers has hold of Still's hands but Still slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Still wants to pass to mount but Rogers is defending the position. Still lands with a punch from half guard. Rogers wants to get back to his feet. Still trying to mount his opponent but Rogers defends it. Rogers pushes Still off looking to stand but Still dives back in and keeps control.

Rogers is staying active underneath Still, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Still is looking for a kimura but Rogers is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Still to get the leverage. Rogers is looking to escape. Still works his way into side control. Rogers is trying to get back to his feet. Still looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Rogers is avoiding damage well.
