Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Zombie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lauri Mononen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mononen's choice of entrance music: I Must Break You!. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Mononen tries to bench press Zombie off him but Zombie keeps the position.

Zombie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Mononen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Zombie gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Mononen is trying to trip Zombie. He has hold of a leg but Zombie is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Mononen persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Mononen has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Zombie has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Lauri Mononen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Mononen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
