The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Suttherlannd shows good takedown defense.
Silva closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Suttherlannd to the mat! Suttherlannd manages to get full guard.
Suttherlannd really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Andy Silva.
