Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Terrell Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Subryan Bangaru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bangaru gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Johnson to score an easy takedown into full guard. Johnson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bangaru has a closed guard, preventing Johnson from standing up. Bangaru being controlled here, momentarily. Johnson won't allow Bangaru to sweep him here. Bangaru preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Bangaru had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Johnson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bangaru Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Johnson's back instead. Johnson looking to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. I really don't envy Johnson right now.
Bangaru working for the choke. Johnson rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Bangaru works his foot free and advances to mount. Bangaru looking to ground and pound but Johnson is blocking nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson avoids a series of strikes thrown by Bangaru.
Johnson tries to hold on but Bangaru pushes him away. Johnson is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Johnson is looking to improve his position but Bangaru isn't that keen on the idea. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Johnson regains half guard. Johnson is doing well to control the position and prevent Bangaru from advancing to side control. Bangaru is working for a submission of some sort.
Bangaru looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Bangaru manages to pass to mount!
Bangaru looking to ground and pound but Johnson is blocking nicely. Bangaru can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Johnson is looking to escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Johnson gets back to half guard. Johnson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Johnson tries to get out of the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Johnson is looking for a sweep. Bangaru is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Bangaru is looking for a kimura here.
Johnson throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Bangaru prevents Johnson from improving his position. Johnson wants to control but Bangaru is keeping busy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Subryan Bangaru will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Bangaru gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Johnson looking to pass the guard. Johnson sitting in guard here, content to control. Bangaru looking to control.
Bangaru working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Johnson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Bangaru is tightening it up a little... Johnson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Johnson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Johnson taps out! nice BJJ there by Bangaru!
