Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Johnny Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Canadian Saint!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Kavanagh and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Saint.
Saint looks to land a left hand but Walker moved out of range nicely.
Walker shoots in looking for a takedown. Saint tries to sprawl out of it but Walker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Saint manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A telegraphed right hand from Saint misses the target.
Johnny Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Saint throws a hook to the side of Walker's head but Walker sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Walker fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Saint avoids it really well and circles away.
Walker has a takedown stuffed.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johnny Walker. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Walker closes the distance and clinches up with Saint, looking for a takedown. Walker pushes Saint against the cage but Saint circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Saint flashes Walker a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Walker's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Walker crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Saint punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Canadian Saint!
