The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stanley shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Byson lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Stanley backs up against the cage.
It looks like Paul Stanley has been cut.
Byson throws a combination. Stanley tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Byson misses with a two punch combination.
Paul Stanley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Byson lands a nice shot to the body.
Stanley looks gassed!
Stanley takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

The fighters circle momentarily. Byson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Byson cracks Stanley with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Byson drops Stanley with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Stanley! Byson dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
