Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolay Voronov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nikolay Voronov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jordan Connor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nikolay Voronov! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Summer Carpenter and Steve Erwin.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Voronov drops his hands momentarily and Connor takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Voronov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Connor trying to hold on to Voronov's head to control him but Voronov postures up.
Voronov content to control rather than advance.
Voronov wants to work for an arm triangle but Connor is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Connor controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Connor is trying to stand up here but Voronov is controlling him well. Voronov looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Voronov prevents Connor from improving his position. Voronov performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Connor wants to control the action here but instead Voronov manages to pass to full mount!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Voronov tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Connor tries to reverse the position but Voronov maintains control. Connor wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Voronov content just to control the position here. Connor is breathing heavily.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Voronov is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Connor can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Connor is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Voronov controlling from the full mount. Connor trying desperately to get to his feet.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Nikolay Voronov dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Voronov blocks a head kick by Connor.
Voronov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Connor pinned against the cage. Connor gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Connor drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Voronov wants to control but Connor postures up. Connor wants to control for a moment but Voronov uses the opportunity to move back to half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Voronov controlling the action here.
 That's one minute gone in the round.
 Despite being in the dominant position, Nikolay Voronov just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Connor tries to close the distance and clinch up but Voronov swats him away and circles back towards the center. Connor misses with a wild body shot.
Voronov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Well, if Voronov is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight� I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza� Yum. Can't wait.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Connor slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Voronov advances to half guard. Voronov is taking a breather. Connor says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Connor is looking to escape. Voronov passes the guard and advances to mount! Voronov controlling his opponent. Voronov landing shots from mount. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Nikolay Voronov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Voronov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Connor paws at him with a jab and circles away. Connor thumps Voronov with a low kick.
Connor shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Voronov wants to control but Connor is keeping busy and won't allow it. Voronov makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Voronov. Voronov controlling the position. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Voronov takes the fight into the clinch.
 That's one minute gone in the round.
Connor escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Connor misses with a takedown
and Voronov counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Connor's guard now. Voronov pushing down on Connor's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Voronov is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Connor is trying desperately to improve position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Voronov controlling from the full mount. Let's hope that Voronov has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Nikolay Voronov is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Voronov avoids the attempt from Connor to control. Voronov content just to control the position here.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
