Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Agon Naciamento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmie Johns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johns has chosen You Can Call Me Al by Paul Simon as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naciamento changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Johns tries to avoid it but Naciamento manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Johns to the ground. Johns escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Johns misses with a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Naciamento shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Johns but Johns pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Naciamento throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johns's waist but Johns gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Naciamento off to one side.

Agon Naciamento has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Naciamento has his foot on Johns's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Johns works his way back into a safe position though.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Johns stays in close to Naciamento's body and controls the position.
Jimmie Johns is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Let's hope that Johns has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
