Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, King Fish!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fish throws a series of strikes that have Quaid backpedaling.
Fish blocks a jab.
Fish dives in and grabs Quaid's left leg, looking for a takedown. Quaid pushes down on Fish's head and hops out.

Quaid closes the distance and pushes Fish back into the cage.
Fish wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Quaid has him pressed against the cage.

It looks like King Fish has been cut.
Fish misses with a hook from the clinch.
Fish wants to get back to striking at distance but Quaid won't allow it.
Quaid displaying some good clinch control by pressing Fish up against the cage.
Quaid scores with a shoulder strike.
Quaid lands a nice uppercut.
Fish looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
The is referee keeping an eye on Quaid - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
A head punch on the inside from Fish fails to land.
Fish is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Fish tries to break the clinch but Quaid is controlling the position.

Fish swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Fish breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Quaid looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Fish!
Fish looks gassed!
Quaid takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The cut above King Fish's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

King Fish's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at King Fish's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Douglas Quaid!
