Akerfeldt has chosen Opeth - Deliverance as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Akerfeldt smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Akerfeldt moves into the clinch successfully.
Brooks is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Brooks prevents the takedown attempt.
Akerfeldt drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Brooks gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Akerfeldt is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Akerfeldt changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Brooks fights it off and pushes away nicely.
