Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Damien James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dynamo MacKenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dynamo MacKenzie has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Damien James's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Damien James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dynamo MacKenzie! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. MacKenzie fakes high and swings low for a body shot but James manages to avoid it. MacKenzie dips down and scores with a jab to the body. James lands a slapping body shot.
MacKenzie misses with a wild body shot. A punch lands to the side of James 's head but he takes it in his stride. MacKenzie cracks a nice hook into James's ribs. MacKenzie just misses with a punch to the body.
James throws a leg kick but MacKenzie sees it coming and checks it nicely. MacKenzie drops James with a big left hand and mounts him. James is in big trouble!
James is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! James throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Oh James is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! James tries to hold on but MacKenzie postures up. James seems to have got his legs back now. MacKenzie prevents James from getting the reversal. MacKenzie wants to stand but James is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
James throwing hammer fists to the chest of MacKenzie. What's that going to do exactly? James tries to hold on but MacKenzie pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. James tries to get back to half guard but can't. MacKenzie really doesn't want to stay on the ground with James. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. James wants to hold on but MacKenzie pushes him away. MacKenzie get's back to his feet. James shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as MacKenzie sprawls well. MacKenzie wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. James gets slowly back to his feet. MacKenzie avoids the head kick by James.
James tries to clinch but MacKenzie moves out of range. James avoids the body shot from MacKenzie.
James throws a low kick but it's checked well by MacKenzie. James misses with a takedown attempt - MacKenzie sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A head kick misses from James.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. MacKenzie lands with a shot to the body. James is breathing heavily. James is looking to take this fight into the clinch. James keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
MacKenzie throws a hook but James avoids it easily. MacKenzie gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. MacKenzie keeping full guard, as James tries to pass. James drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but MacKenzie manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now James has MacKenzie in his guard. James looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's three minutes gone in the round. James throws his legs up looking for a submission but MacKenzie uses it to pass to side control.
James tries to improve position but can't. You can see the frustration on James's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. MacKenzie wants to stand but James has his arm trapped. James is trying to control MacKenzie's posture but MacKenzie avoids it. James tries to bench press MacKenzie off him but MacKenzie keeps the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. MacKenzie avoids a kick to the body.
MacKenzie fakes high and swings low for a body shot but James manages to avoid it. James tries to close the distance and clinch but MacKenzie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A shot to de liver by James. Beautiful body shot. MacKenzie connects with the punch. James shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as MacKenzie sprawls well. MacKenzie wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. James gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damien James. That's going to take a lot out of him. MacKenzie misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from James.

James thows a body shot but no joy. Damien James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. MacKenzie works the jab nicely. MacKenzie misses with a straight left. MacKenzie catches James napping and connects with a big right hand that sends James to the canvas!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! James is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
James escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. MacKenzie gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. MacKenzie gets to his feet - James follows without any prompting. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. James shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has MacKenzie pinned against the cage. MacKenzie gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. MacKenzie looks to throw the jab but James is out of range. A good leg kick by James. MacKenzie throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

MacKenzie is looking to stand back up but James counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by MacKenzie. James looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. MacKenzie pushes James off looking to stand but James dives back in and keeps control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. MacKenzie is refusing to be controlled, as James sits in half guard. James is trying to work for a kimura but MacKenzie is defending well.
MacKenzie on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. James is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but MacKenzie still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, MacKenzie has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! James tries to buck MacKenzie off but MacKenzie is having none of it.

MacKenzie misses with an uppercut. James looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. James is looking to chop away at MacKenzie's legs. That's going to take a lot out of him. MacKenzie on the wrong end of a nice jab. James shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. MacKenzie throws out a powerful jab. MacKenzie staying out of range there. James throws a head kick that misses. James slips under a jab from MacKenzie. MacKenzie misses the shot to the body. James takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Both fighters are breathing heavily. MacKenzie looks to score with a jab to the body but James is just out of range. MacKenzie ducks down and throws a hook to the body but James moves away. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from James. MacKenzie takes one on the chin but seems OK.
That's one minute gone in the round. MacKenzie throws a looping overhand right but James ducks down to avoid it. MacKenzie fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. James uses good head movement to avoid the hook from MacKenzie. James tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but MacKenzie paws at him with a jab and circles away. A swing and a miss from James. MacKenzie displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from James. MacKenzie takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Dynamo MacKenzie is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. James misses with a kick to the body.

James with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

James takes a shot right to the bread basket. Jab, jab by MacKenzie - just one landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! MacKenzie lands with a hook. James tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Nice body punch from MacKenzie. James drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. MacKenzie scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. James walks straight into a right hand from MacKenzie - that's dropped him! MacKenzie jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save James from any more punishment! James complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
