The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pretti fails to land with a series of punches.
Jayjay moves out of range as Pretti strikes.

Jayjay tries to move into range but Pretti moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Jayjay tries to score with a low kick but Pretti moves his leg out of the way.

Keid Pretti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Pretti counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jayjay takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Pretti falls off balance throwing a combination
and Jayjay counters with a nice body shot.
Pretti throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A bone on bone clash there as Pretti blocks the leg kick.
Pretti throws a nice looking combination but Jayjay bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pretti blocks a jab.

Pretti swings for the body but Jayjay moves out of range.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pretti, as that shot connected.
Jayjay works Pretti's body with a nice hook.
Pretti looks gassed!
Pretti misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pretti throws a right hand that Jayjay ducks under and follows up with a left that Jayjay also avoids with ease.
No joy there for Pretti, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jayjay fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Pretti checks it well.
Pretti throws out a loose jab but Jayjay uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jayjay drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jayjay sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Pretti's guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Pretti tries to improve his position but Jayjay has taken his back! Jayjay has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Pretti tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Jayjay pushes Pretti away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
