Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Heikki Ramires (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Demetrius Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramires's entrance music is Dropkick Murphys - The Gauntlet. A fine choice. Demetrius Silva will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Demetrius Silva!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Seu Braga and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in for a takedown but Ramires shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ramires takes the fight into the clinch.
Silva tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Silva managing to block the knees to the body from Ramires.
Ramires gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Silva.
Heikki Ramires has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Demetrius Silva.
Silva drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Ramires gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Silva avoiding damage as Ramires throws knees to the body.
Silva wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ramires is pressed up against the cage. Silva has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ramires down to the mat. Ramires avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Silva looks gassed!
Ramires closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Silva did well to prevent Ramires getting side control.
Ramires is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Silva!
Ramires lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Ramires working for a guillotine from mount but Silva is in no mood to give up.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ramires has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Silva is forced to tap!
