Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Reinhard Heydrich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santana is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by manly euro techno. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heydrich slaps away a takedown attempt from Santana, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Santana drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Heydrich is letting Santana control him for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Heydrich escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Santana gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Santana got a little sloppy there for a moment and Heydrich has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Santana has managed to get both his arms back between Heydrich's legs - danger averted.
