The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Whoa just misses with a punch to the body.
Lyoton takes a swing at Whoa's ribcage but misses.
Lyoton throws a hook but Whoa blocks it.
Lyoton is looking to clinch but Whoa is avoiding it.
Lyoton misses with a jab, cross combination.
Like Whoa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Whoa scores with a jab to the body.
Lyoton instigates a clinch.
Whoa throws a head punch that misses.
Whoa breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Whoa lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lyoton circles away quickly and effectively.
Jab by Whoa.
It looks like Machidan Lyoton has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Whoa slips under a jab from Lyoton.
Whoa drops Lyoton with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Lyoton looks back up at him and smiles so Whoa waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Lyoton is rocked!
Whoa stuns Lyoton with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Lyoton is still on wobbly legs! Can Whoa finish him?
Lyoton looks gassed!
Whoa finds Lyoton's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Lyoton flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Whoa lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Lyoton will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Like Whoa!
