Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Rotch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamelau Kratos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rotch might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Why Cant we be Friends-War. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Rotch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jamelau Kratos!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rotch thows a body shot but no joy.
Kratos looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Nice takedown defense from Rotch. No joy for Kratos on that attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kratos avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kratos keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Kratos shoots in for a takedown but Rotch shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mike Rotch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jamelau Kratos.
Rotch defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kratos.
Kratos shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rotch pinned against the cage. Rotch gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Kratos uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rotch.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Kratos shoots in and drives through. Rotch sprawls well.

Kratos decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Rotch wants to control but Kratos is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rotch wants to improve his position but Kratos is controlling well.

Kratos is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Rotch is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kratos pulls his head out easily.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Rotch misses with an uppercut. Kratos saw that one coming.
Mike Rotch is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nice sprawl there from Rotch as Kratos shoots in.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

That was a close round but I would say that Mike Rotch will probably get the nod.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Kratos takes a body punch but keeps moving.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rotch looks to land a right hand but Kratos moved out of range.
Rotch throws a series of punches but Kratos avoids them all with ease.
Rotch fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mike Rotch dominated that second round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


Kratos uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rotch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Rotch leaves Kratos with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jamelau Kratos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kratos fails to land the takedown.
Kratos bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Rotch misses the shot to the body.
Kratos shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rotch as he avoids it easily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Kratos fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

And that's the end of the fight!
Mike Rotch showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rotch, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
