Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Carwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Myron Sores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Carwin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Myron Sores! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sores scores with a head kick.
It looks like Randy Carwin has been cut. Carwin moves in looking to clinch but Sores pushes him off. Carwin shoots in and bounces Sores off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Sores avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Carwin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sores on the ground. Sores is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sores working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Carwin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Carwin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Sores keeping moving, preventing Carwin from controlling successfully. Sores manages to escape and get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sores shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Carwin napping and manages to drive through into side control! Carwin wants to get back to his feet but Sores drags him back down. Carwin is trying to control Sores's posture but Sores avoids it. Sores decides to stand back up. Sores steps back and let's Carwin get back to his feet. Sores clinches up against the cage. Sores is looking to break free of the clinch but Carwin has double underhooks. Carwin manages to break the clinch.
Sores swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Sores doesn't manage to clinch there - Carwin circles away.
Sores tries for a takedown but Carwin circles away easily and Carwin counters with a nice double leg into guard. Sores looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sores is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Carwin wants to control from the top but Sores keeps moving. Sores manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Carwin manages to get himself to full guard.
Carwin tries to land a sweep but no joy. Carwin keeping moving, preventing Sores from controlling successfully. Carwin is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Carwin is on top in guard.
Carwin working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Sores's head. Carwin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Carwin wants to control from the top but Sores keeps moving. Carwin looking to pass the guard. Sores not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Carwin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Sores is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Carwin defends well. Carwin wants to get up but he can't break Sores's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Carwin falls off balance throwing a combination
and Sores counters with a leg kick. Sores with a lazy takedown attempt and Carwin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Carwin moves in looking to clinch but Sores pushes him off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Myron Sores will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Randy Carwin's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Carwin has Sores up against the cage in a clinch.
Carwin lands a takedown into guard.
Carwin wants to control from the top but Sores keeps moving. Sores has his foot on Carwin's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Carwin works his way back into a safe position though. Sores is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carwin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Carwin wants to control from the top but Sores keeps moving. Sores is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carwin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carwin working some strikes from top position. Carwin is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Carwin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Carwin wants to control from the top but Sores keeps moving. Carwin has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Sores looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sores working a defensive guard here.
Carwin looking to pass the guard. Carwin lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Carwin drops back looking for a leg! Sores is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sores manages to kick Carwin off! Carwin jumps back into Sores's guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Sores gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Carwin counters with a left to the body. Carwin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sores was covering up waiting for the punch and Carwin finishes the takedown easily into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carwin postures up.
Carwin tries to stand but Sores is controlling from the bottom. Carwin controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Sores is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Randy Carwin overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Carwin is not content to let Sores control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Carwin trying to control from the bottom.
Sores stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Carwin to get to his feet. Sores checks a leg kick. Carwin misses with a takedown attempt - Sores sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Carwin wants to clinch up but Sores keeps it at a distance. Sores fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Carwin fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Sores checks it well. Carwin scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Randy Carwin dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Randy Carwin's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Sores gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Carwin counters with a shoot takedown. Sores fights it but they end up in guard. Sores doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Sores can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Carwin controls the pace. Carwin won't allow Sores to sweep him here. Carwin looking to pass the guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Carwin preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sores is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Sores throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Carwin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Sores missing with punches from the bottom.
Carwin wants to control but Sores is keeping him busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Carwin tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Sores gets back to full guard.
Sores looking to control.
Sores lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Carwin! Sores has hold of Carwin's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Carwin manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carwin is wriggling around trying to escape.
Carwin tries to hold on but Sores postures up. Sores postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Carwin looks a forlorn figure.
Sores working Carwin over with strikes here. Sores is going olschool here, as he tries to force Carwin to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Carwin shrugs it off. Sores wants to stand but Carwin is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Carwin is squirming around, avoiding Sores's attempts to control the action. Carwin keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Sores lands a heavy elbow. Carwin wants to control but Sores is having none of it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Carwin is looking to improve his position but Sores isn't that keen on the idea.
And that's the end of the fight! Randy Carwin showed his dominance in that final round. I think Carwin has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
