Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anssi Randi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladmir Ruten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randi comes to the cage accompanied by DMX - Party Up. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Steve Erwin and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruten avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Ruten moves out of range of the strikes.
Randi bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Randi slips a straight right by Ruten.
Randi checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Ruten lands a head kick!
It looks like Anssi Randi has been cut.
Ruten tries to bum rush Randi with a series of wild strikes but Randi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Randi ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Ruten looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Randi cracks Ruten with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Ruten looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Randi finish him?
It looks like Vladmir Ruten has been cut.
Randi lands with a right and another and another! Ruten is in big trouble! Randi lands again and this time it's lights out for Ruten! A quality knockout there for Randi.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Anssi Randi!
