The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Proctor uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mendez.
Nice sprawl there from Mendez as Proctor shoots in.
Mendez darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

It looks like Mikey Proctor has been cut.
Mendez stuffs the takedown attempt from Proctor. Proctor gets slowly back to his feet.
Proctor walks into a stiff left hand from Mendez.
Mendez throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Proctor shoots in but Mendez avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Enrique Mendez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikey Proctor.

Proctor shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mendez as he avoids it easily.
Mendez scores with a hook to the body. Proctor takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Proctor looks gassed!

A jab lands there for Mendez.
Mendez cracks Proctor with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Mendez connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Proctor to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Mendez!
