Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Pereira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiko Rogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pereira comes to the cage accompanied by Até Quando. Kiko Rogan will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pereira shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Pereira cracks Rogan with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Pereira landing strikes from the mount and Rogan is in trouble!
Pereira throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Rogan is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Pereira knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Pereira for a finish.
Pereira just trying to survive but Rogan is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rogan has got one arm under Pereira's chin. This could be trouble... Pereira trying to control the other hand but Rogan gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Pereira has tapped out! The fight is over!
