Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joni Valimaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sumsar Nosredna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valimaki comes to the cage accompanied by Clint Mansell - Lux Aeterna. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Joni Valimaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Sumsar Nosredna! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nosredna rushes Valimaki and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Nosredna gets underhooks to prevent Valimaki's takedown attempt.
Nosredna tries for a takedown. No joy.
Nosredna lands a hook that snaps the head of Valimaki backwards. Nosredna tries to break the clinch but Valimaki is controlling the position. Nosredna goes for a takedown in the clinch but Valimaki prevents it.
Valimaki fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Nosredna's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nosredna lands a with a good body shot.
Valimaki shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Nosredna wants to hold on but Valimaki pushes him away. Nosredna avoids a series of strikes thrown by Valimaki.
Nosredna wants to control but Valimaki is having none of it. Nosredna working to try and regain half guard.
Valimaki avoids the attempt from Nosredna to control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Valimaki raining down shots from the mount! Nosredna sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nosredna is positioning himself well to prevent Valimaki advancing to mount. Nosredna trying to control from the bottom.

Nosredna kicks Valimaki off and gets back to his feet.
Nosredna clinches with his opponent.
Nosredna pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Nosredna closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Valimaki is refusing to be controlled, as Nosredna sits in half guard. Valimaki throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Nosredna manages to pass to side control. Nosredna working away. Valimaki regains half guard. Nosredna trying to control the action but Valimaki is working from the bottom.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Valimaki wants to get back to his feet. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Nosredna prevents Valimaki from improving his position. Nosredna performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Valimaki punching from the bottom.
Valimaki wants to get back to full guard but Nosredna has passed into side control. Valimaki has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Valimaki is in all sorts of trouble here.
Nosredna controlling the position easily from mount.
 Despite being in the dominant position, Sumsar Nosredna just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nosredna fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Joni Valimaki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sumsar Nosredna. Valimaki tries to clinch and Nosredna counters with a straight punch to the midsection. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sumsar Nosredna dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Valimaki blocks the body kick.
Nosredna plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Valimaki with a poor takedown and Nosredna connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Danga de danga de dang - Nosredna scores with a four punch combination! Valimaki wants to clinch and Nosredna counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Nosredna looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Valimaki takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Valimaki chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Nosredna can pounce on him.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Nosredna connects with a solid leg kick.
Nosredna has managed to clinch.
Nosredna breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A punch combination from Nosredna misses. Nosredna cracks Valimaki with a right hand to the side of the head. Nosredna lets loose with a powerful body kick. Valimaki will feel that in the morning. Nosredna plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Valimaki gets caught flat footed, as Nosredna shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Valimaki is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Nosredna stands and steps away. Valimaki gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A left and a right from Nosredna both land. Nice combination.
Nosredna shoots in and bounces Valimaki off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Nosredna trying to control but Valimaki is working from the bottom. Valimaki lands a decent punch to the body there. Nosredna wants to control from the top but Valimaki keeps moving. Nosredna missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Nosredna is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Nosredna postures up.
Valimaki wants to sweep but no luck. Nosredna trying to control but Valimaki is working from the bottom.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Valimaki stuffs the takedown. Valimaki has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Valimaki there as he acknowledges the shot. Valimaki tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Nosredna counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Nosredna breaks the clinch.
Nosredna doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Valimaki counters with a shoot takedown. Nosredna fights it but they end up in guard. Valimaki passes Nosredna's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Valimaki landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Valimaki missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Valimaki working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Valimaki not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Valimaki missing with the ground and pound from half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Valimaki seems to be looking for submissions.
Nosredna manages to get to full guard.

Sumsar Nosredna showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! And we move into the final round!

and Nosredna counters by clinching up. Valimaki goes for a takedown in the clinch but Nosredna prevents it.
Nosredna is leaning against Valimaki and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Valimaki prevents the takedown attempt.
Nosredna's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nosredna tries to score a power double leg takedown but Valimaki sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nosredna somewhat. Some wild striking there from Nosredna.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nosredna lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Nosredna is trying hard to land a takedown here. Valimaki sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Joni Valimaki has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sumsar Nosredna. Valimaki fails with the takedown and Nosredna counters with a series of strikes. Valimaki will be more careful next time no doubt. Valimaki fails with the takedown
and Nosredna counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Valimaki! Valimaki swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Nosredna takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Nosredna wants to control the pace but Valimaki is squirming around nicely. Valimaki is wriggling around trying to escape.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nosredna controlling the pace for now. Valimaki working to try and regain half guard.
Sumsar Nosredna is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Nosredna sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Valimaki flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

Joni Valimaki has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Nosredna content just to control the position here.
And that's the end of the fight! Sumsar Nosredna comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Nosredna has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
