The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Rabbit misses.
Jaw tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rabbit swivels and escapes.
Rabbit throws out a loose jab but Jaw uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jaw misses with a takedown attempt - Rabbit sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jaw is defended easily by Rabbit.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buster Jaw. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Jaw checks a leg kick.
Jaw drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Buster Jaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rabbit defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jaw.

Rabbit lands with a big right hook that stumbles Jaw - he's out on his feet here! Rabbit follows up with another monster hook that separates Jaw from consciousness! Jaw falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Rabbit stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
