Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between LOOSE CANNON (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Monet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monet has chosen Indestructable as his entrance music. Ryan Monet is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
CANNON throws a head kick that misses.
CANNON connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Monet's hands.

It looks like Ryan Monet has been cut.
CANNON misses with a body kick.
CANNON tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Monet swivels and escapes.
CANNON throws a head kick but Monet moves out of range.

Monet has managed to clinch.
Monet drops to a knee looking for a takedown but CANNON gets the underhooks and prevents it.
CANNON tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Monet just stands there and leans against the cage.
Monet keeps the fight in the clinch, despite CANNON's efforts to push away.
Monet tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

LOOSE CANNON has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Monet.

Monet is trying to trip CANNON. He has hold of a leg but CANNON is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Monet persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Monet has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing CANNON to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Monet is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - CANNON pulls down on the head and he's put Monet to sleep! This one is all over!
