Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gold T (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gold T!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bill Bob!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

T shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Bob flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The fighters are battling for position here. Bob manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
T looking to pass the guard.
T wants to control from the top but Bob keeps moving.
Bob controls T momentarily but T frees himself.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bob is on top in guard.
T trying to strike off his back.

That's one minute gone in the round.
T looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bob is one step ahead there.
T is trying to hold Bob in close to prevent damage but Bob has managed to pass into half guard.
T is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bob's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bob's back!
T landing with strikes.
T is trying to stick to Bob's back but Bob is turning into T. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in T's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Bob.
T controls Bob momentarily but Bob frees himself.
Bob wants to stand but T has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
T keeping moving, preventing Bob from controlling successfully.
Bob looking to sit in guard and control but T gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
T pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bob is keeping the position for now.
Bob avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Bob tries for a takedown but T circles away easily

and T counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bob won't be happy with that.
T is breathing heavily.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bob tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
T landing shots from mount.
Bob swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Bob tries to hold on but T postures up.
Bob might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control T kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Bob tries to get back to half guard but can't.
T looking to control and managing it successfully.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bob wants to control but T is having none of it.
T trying to control but he's not successful this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gold T dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


T misses with a takedown
and Bob cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Bob tries to close the distance and clinch but T swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bob lands a nice looking kick to the body. T takes a step back to recover.
Bob dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on T. That did some damage!
Bob has his takedown stuffed

and T counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
T pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bob is keeping the position for now.
T trying to control the position from guard on top but Bob is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
T postures up.
T throwing strikes from guard but Bob blocks nicely.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bob bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in T's guard.

Bob postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bob works his way into side control.
T tries to buck Bob off but Bob is having none of it.
Bob slips into full mount, dodging the strikes by T.
The referee warns T that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bob breaks from T's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Bob punishing his opponent with strikes.

Bob looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
T tries to hold on but Bob pushes him away.
T is trying to escape the mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bob can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as T is looking to escape.
T swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
T on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if T tries to get out of the position.
T is trying desperately to improve position.
T tries to lock up and control but Bob gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Bob blocks T's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
T keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Bill Bob will probably get the nod - 10:9.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!



Bob drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Bob wanted to stand there but T had control of the position.
Bob controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Bob tries to stand but T is controlling from the bottom.

T has his foot on Bob's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bob works his way back into a safe position though.
T bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bob's guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
T postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
T trying to control but Bob is working from the bottom.

Bob looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
T being controlled here momentarily.
T pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bob is keeping the position for now.
Bob manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. T manages to get himself to full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Bob stands up from guard. Let's bang!
T circles away from the clinch attempt.

Bob scores with a takedown into T's guard.
T looking to control.
Bob tries to free his leg and advance position but T is retaining full guard.
Bob throwing strikes from guard but T blocks nicely.
T is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
T is adopting a defensive guard.
Bob wanted to stand there but T had control of the position.
Bob keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of T's head.
Bob tries to free his leg and advance position but T is retaining full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
T tries for a takedown but Bob circles away easily
and Bob counters with a stiff right hand.
T misses with a takedown
and Bob counters with a left and a right that stings T.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Bob shoots in and bounces T off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Bob trying to control but T is working from the bottom.
T tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Bob advances position into side control!

Bob decides to take the fight back to the feet.

T closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bob to the mat! Bob manages to get full guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
Bill Bob comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Bob has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3 rounds of action, we go to the scorecards for a decision.
