Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Konrad Janik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Konrad Janik will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cain Sanchez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Konrad Janik! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Janik.
Sanchez blocks a head kick by Janik.
Sanchez takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Horrible takedown by Sanchez or perhaps it was just good defense by Janik which made him look bad. Sanchez shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Janik sprawls well. Janik wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sanchez gets slowly back to his feet. Janik lands a nice looking kick to the body. Sanchez takes a step back to recover. Sanchez is breathing heavily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Janik misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A big head kick from Janik and Sanchez is sent sprawling to the canvas!
It looks like Cain Sanchez has been cut. Sanchez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Janik slips nicely into half guard. Janik is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sanchez doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Janik. Sanchez really is a fat lump. Sanchez looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Janik frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Janik with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Janik is going olschool here, as he tries to force Sanchez to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Sanchez shrugs it off. Janik takes Sanchez's back. Janik looking for the rear naked choke. And he's got it! Sanchez taps!
