Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramazan Mezhidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Stone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ramazan Mezhidov! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mezhidov tries for a takedown but Stone sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Mezhidov gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mezhidov is trying to keep Stone in close.
Stone knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mezhidov on the ground. Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Mezhidov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stone wants to pass the guard but Mezhidov is keeping the position. Mezhidov looking for a sweep. Not yet Mezhidov, not yet. Stone slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Stone trying to control but Mezhidov is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mezhidov is keeping the position for now.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Mezhidov with a lazy takedown attempt and Stone counters with a single leg into guard. Mezhidov didn't expect that. Stone wants to control from the top but Mezhidov keeps moving. Stone has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Mezhidov manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Stone tries to get back to half guard but can't. Stone tries to hold on but Mezhidov pushes him away.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Stone is working to get back to half guard.

Mezhidov doesn't succeed with the takedown and Stone counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Mezhidov controls Stone momentarily but Stone frees himself. Stone tries to free his leg and advance position but Mezhidov is retaining full guard. Mezhidov is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Stone wants to control from the top but Mezhidov keeps moving. Mezhidov manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Stone manages to get himself to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone wants to sweep but no luck. Stone is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mezhidov is aware though and is defending well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mezhidov trying to control but Stone is working from the bottom. Stone throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Stone keeping moving, preventing Mezhidov from controlling successfully. Mezhidov stands up over Stone, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Mezhidov stopping the sweep attempt from Stone.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Stone keeping moving, preventing Mezhidov from controlling successfully.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Mezhidov with a poor takedown and Stone holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Stone gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mezhidov is trying to maintain the position but Stone is very close to passing his half guard. Mezhidov makes his way to full guard, as Stone worked for a kimura.
Mezhidov has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Stone off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mezhidov tries for a takedown but Stone circles away easily and Stone moves into the clinch. Jack Stone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ramazan Mezhidov. Stone has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Mezhidov is trying to keep an underhook but Stone manages to get the takedown into half guard. Stone is keen to just control but Mezhidov is a slippery customer. Mezhidov keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Mezhidov makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Mezhidov. Mezhidov manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Stone wants to hold on but Mezhidov pushes him away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Mezhidov lands a heavy elbow. Mezhidov is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Stone can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Stone is squirming around, avoiding Mezhidov's attempts to control the action. Mezhidov landing strikes from the mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Stone dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Mezhidov shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Stone counters with a nice double leg into guard. Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Mezhidov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mezhidov is trying to keep Stone in close.

Stone takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Stone lands with a punch from half guard. Mezhidov gets back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone throws a big right hand that misses. Jack Stone overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Stone wants to pass the guard but Mezhidov is keeping the position. Stone postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Mezhidov is trying to keep Stone in close.

And that's the end of the fight! Jack Stone showed his dominance in that final round. Well Stone has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
