Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jerel Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Moody (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jerel Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Henry Moody! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Kavanagh and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Moody stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. The fight stays on the outside here - Johnson looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Moody shoots in but no luck this time. Johnson throws a right and a left that Moody avoids nicely. Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch but Moody swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Moody changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Johnson tries to avoid it but Moody manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Johnson to the ground. Johnson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Moody fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Jerel Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Henry Moody. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

That's one minute gone in the round. Moody shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Johnson as he jumps to the side. Johnson stuffs the takedown. Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch but Moody swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Jerel Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Johnson wants to clinch. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Moody. Moody tries to clinch up but Johnson circles away and keeps his distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Johnson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Moody wants to clinch and Johnson counters by clinching up. Moody stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Johnson keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Moody's efforts to push away. Moody pulls guard successfully.
Moody punching from the bottom. Johnson wants to get up but he can't break Moody's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Moody escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Johnson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Johnson wants to clinch and Moody holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Johnson tries to break the clinch but Moody is controlling the position. Johnson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Moody misses with some punches.

Johnson just stands there and leans against the cage. Moody throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Johnson blocks it with crossed arms. Johnson tries to break the clinch but Moody is controlling the position. Moody tries to throw a body punch but Johnson avoids it by throwing Moody back against the cage. Moody jumps guard but Johnson stands there with Moody around his waist. Moody gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Moody tries for a takedown but Johnson circles away easily and Johnson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jerel Johnson will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

And that's the end of the fight! Jerel Johnson showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Johnson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
