Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexey Belyakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phuc Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Yu's choice of entrance music: Thai Fight Song. Phuc Yu is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alexey Belyakov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Phuc Yu!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yu plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like Alexey Belyakov has been cut.
Yu tries to close the distance and clinch but Belyakov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Yu fails in his attempt to clinch.
Yu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Belyakov tries to avoid it but Yu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Belyakov to the ground. Belyakov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Yu tries to score a power double leg takedown but Belyakov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Yu somewhat.
Belyakov lands a nice shot to the body.
Belyakov really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Belyakov scores with a sloppy right hand. Yu should have avoided that one.
Belyakov missing with a left hand there. Yu was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Some bone on bone action there as Belyakov checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Belyakov scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Belyakov scores with a one two! Yu had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Belyakov throws an overhand right that drops Yu like a sack of potatoes! Belyakov dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexey Belyakov!
