Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lootchencough throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lootchencough connects with the punch.
Lootchencough cracks Mahjoub with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Mahjoub takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Lootchencough avoids a kick to the body.
Lootchencough feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Lootchencough landing some decent shots from guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mahjoub utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Lootchencough makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Mahjoub is rocked!
Lootchencough postures up in Mahjoub's guard and throws a big left but Mahjoub blocks it.
Lootchencough really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mahjoub. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mahjoub wants to sweep here but Lootchencough controlling him for the moment.
Mahjoub is breathing heavily.
Lootchencough with a flurry of punches that miss.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lootchencough accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Lootchencough working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Mahjoub's head.
Mahjoub could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Lootchencough working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Oh Mahjoub is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lootchencough postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Mahjoub covers up, he's hurt! Lootchencough keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Lootchencough and the ref steps in to end the fight! Lootchencough can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Liam Lootchencough!
