Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pantero Athrox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Dittrich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Dittrich as Athrox shoots in.
Athrox fails with the takedown.
Athrox shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Athrox trying to control but Dittrich is having none of it.
Athrox swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Dittrich is now in Athrox's guard. A big mistake from Athrox there, giving up the dominant position!
Dittrich is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Athrox is working an open guard so Dittrich takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Dittrich is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Athrox is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dittrich pulls his head out easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Athrox shoots in for a double leg but Dittrich sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Athrox takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Athrox dives in and grabs Dittrich's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dittrich pushes down on Athrox's head and hops out.
Athrox shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Athrox goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Dittrich is on top in guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Dittrich throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Dittrich is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Let's hope that Dittrich has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Athrox on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Dittrich. Dittrich obviously looking to wear him down.

The fight stays on the outside here - Athrox looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Athrox tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Dittrich paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Athrox shoots in looking for a takedown. Dittrich tries to sprawl out of it but Athrox keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dittrich manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
