Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slash avoids the head kick by Furniture.
Slash throws a looping overhand right but Furniture ducks down to avoid it.
Furniture gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Slash seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Furniture does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Slash's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

That was a close round but I would say that Paddy Furniture will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Well Slash has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
