Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tora Noshi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cung Le!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Noshi.

Noshi closes the distance and clinches.
Le takes a shot to the head.
Noshi unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Noshi lands an elbow just above Le 's eye.
Noshi landing knees to the body.

Le pulls guard effortlessly.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Le can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Noshi controls the pace.
Noshi tries to free his leg and advance position but Le is retaining full guard.
Noshi slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Le has a closed guard, preventing Noshi from standing up.

Noshi got a little sloppy there for a moment and Le has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Noshi has managed to get both his arms back between Le's legs - danger averted.
Le looks gassed!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Noshi controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Noshi's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Le looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Noshi is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Noshi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Le swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Noshi is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Le has his foot on Noshi's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Noshi works his way back into a safe position though.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Noshi slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Tora Noshi just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Noshi connects with a body shot.

Noshi scoring well with a low kick there.
Noshi swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Le.
Noshi tests Le's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Noshi! Le is out on his feet! Noshi rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Le is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Le is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tora Noshi!
