Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Boss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edetta Kul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anthony Boss looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anthony Boss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Edetta Kul! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kul swinging wilding here.
Boss tries for a takedown but Kul sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Boss fails with the takedown. Boss shoots in but no luck this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anthony Boss. That's going to take a lot out of him. A punch combination from Kul misses. Boss looks for a takedown but Kul sprawls well. Boss is breathing heavily. Boss shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kul as he jumps to the side. Kul darts in and clinches Boss up against the cage. Boss prevents Kul from breaking the clinch. Kul just leaning against Boss, taking a breather. Kul lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Kul looks to score some points with some ground and pound. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kul connects with a nice short shot to Boss's temple.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kul scores with a couple of good hammerfists. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kul wants to lay and pray for a moment but Boss keeps working. Kul controlling the pace. Boss is looking to improve his position.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Boss is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Kul scores with a couple of nice shots. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kul lands a nice short elbow. Ground and pound from Kul. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kul slips a nice elbow through Boss's hands, connecting with Boss's forehead. Kul lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Boss is trying to stand back up but Kul is controlling him
Kul uses his free foot to push down on Boss's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Boss. Boss really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Boss wants to hold on but Kul pushes him away. Boss working to try and regain half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kul pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Boss is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The referee warns Boss that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Kul cracks Boss with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Boss tries to hold on but Kul pushes him away. Boss is trying desperately to improve position. Kul lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Boss is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Boss tries to reverse the position but Kul maintains control. Boss wants to hold on but Kul pushes him away. Edetta Kul dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kul misses with a hook. Boss ducked under it nicely. Boss bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kul's head backwards. Boss fails with the takedown. Boss slips a jab and a cross from Kul.
Boss darts in trying to clinch and Kul counters with a three punch combo that has Boss backing up. Boss nods at Kul to acknowledge the strikes. Boss doesn't succeed with the takedown and Kul cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Boss slips a jab and a cross from Kul.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Boss tries for a takedown but Kul circles away easily and Kul counters with a nice double leg into guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anthony Boss. That's going to take a lot out of him. Boss keeping moving, preventing Kul from controlling successfully. Kul stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Boss swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boss wants to sweep here but Kul controlling him for the moment. Kul trying to control the position from guard on top but Boss is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kul scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Kul throwing strikes from guard but Boss blocks nicely. Kul is stalling in the full guard. Kul is in close to Boss's body, working some short punches and elbows. Boss keeping full guard, as Kul tries to pass. Boss is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Kul rolls with it to try and escape but Boss cranks on the arm and Kul is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
