Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Cack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lang comes to the cage accompanied by Cemetary Gates. Daniel Cack looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dave Lang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Daniel Cack! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Anthony Taglia and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Cack. Cack looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Lang wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Sloppy strikes there by Cack. Cack prevents Lang from escaping the position.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Lang keeps the fight on the outside. Cack takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Lang smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Lang instigates a clinch. Lang is working for takedown but Cack is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Both fighters working to control the clinch. A knee to the head by Lang.
Cack looking for a takedown. Lang wants the takedown. Cack is fighting it off but Lang persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Cack's guard against the cage. Cack throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Lang drops back looking for a leg! Cack is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Cack manages to kick Lang off! Lang jumps back into Cack's guard. Lang with a flurry of punches that miss. Lang has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Cack is proving hard to escape from. Lang avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Lang loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cack is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lang defends well. Lang wants to get up but he can't break Cack's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. The fight moves into the clinch position. Lang ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lang no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cack thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Lang wants to stand up but Cack is controlling him. Cack throws a strike but Lang rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Lang with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cack working for a triangle but Lang defends it easily.
Lang missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Cack escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lang gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Lang throws a series of punches but Cack moves out of range. Lang lands a head kick!
Lang closes the distance and clinches. Lang scores a nice knee to the body.

Lang ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lang no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Cack postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lang is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Cack, into his guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cack keeping full guard, as Lang tries to pass. Cack has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lang can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Lang is looking to work some ground and pound but Cack has wrist control. Lang has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Cack looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Cack trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Cack looking for a guillotine here but Lang defends easily.

Lang moves into the clinch. Cack wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lang has him pressed against the cage. Lang lands an elbow that stopped Cack in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Daniel Cack has been cut. Lang pulls Cack into guard.
Lang kicks Cack off and gets to his feet. Lang misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lang sizes up Cack with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Cack looks to clinch and Lang counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Lang has Cack up against the cage in a clinch.
Lang working Cack over with knees to the body. Lang lands an elbow just above Cack 's eye. Lang gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Lang throwing shots but Cack is blocking nicely. Lang missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Cack tries to get to full guard but Lang has control of the leg. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lang stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Cack to get to his feet. A head kick from Lang lands but Cack takes it in his stride.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cack misses with a takedown and Lang counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Lang moves into the clinch successfully.
Lang gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Cack is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lang defends well. Lang got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cack has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lang has managed to get both his arms back between Cack's legs - danger averted. Cack working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lang doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Cack is tightening it up a little... Lang has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Lang reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Lang taps out! nice BJJ there by Cack!
