Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Frary (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rollin Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Frary! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Rollin Gracie! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frary displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie. Frary is looking to clinch but Gracie is avoiding it.
Gracie fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Frary avoids it really well and circles away. Frary displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie. Steve Frary has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rollin Gracie. Gracie scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Gracie throws an elbow but Frary slips to the side and avoids it well. Gracie advances nicely into full mount. Gracie cracks Frary with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Gracie has control of Frary's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Frary regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie avoids the attempt from Frary to control. Frary is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Frary taking shots to the head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Frary tries to hold on but Gracie postures up. Frary is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Gracie is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Gracie cracks Frary with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Gracie punishing his opponent with strikes. Gracie landing strikes from the mount and Frary is in trouble! Gracie looks gassed! Frary wants to control but Gracie is having none of it. Gracie goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Frary turns into him and now he's in Gracie's guard.
Frary seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frary throws a big right hand that misses. Frary trying to control but Gracie is working from the bottom.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Gracie working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Frary has passed into half guard!
Gracie won't allow Frary to pass to mount. Frary trying to control the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Steve Frary just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. The fight moves into the clinch position. Frary has clasped his hands together around Gracie's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gracie prevents a body shot from Frary. Gracie is looking to break free of the clinch but Frary has double underhooks. Frary tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Frary lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Gracie tries to pull guard but Frary won't allow it.

Frary controls Gracie momentarily but Gracie frees himself. Gracie trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie scoring with punches to the head and body. Frary knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground. Frary keeping full guard, as Gracie tries to pass. Gracie is breathing heavily. Frary looking to control.
Gracie missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Gracie looking to pass the guard. Gracie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Frary is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Gracie tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Frary misses with a looping right. Frary rushes Gracie and presses him up against the cage. Gracie takes a knee right on the jaw!
Gracie tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Frary just stands there and leans against the cage. Frary lands a knee to the body.
Frary misses with a short punch on the inside. Frary pulls guard. Frary is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Gracie stopping the sweep attempt from Frary.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frary is trying to control the position but Gracie postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Frary clinches with his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Gracie blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A bit of stalling here from Frary.
Frary tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Frary is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Gracie is defending well for now. Frary slows down the pace here.
Gracie can't break the clinch.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Frary misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Frary. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gracie takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Steve Frary overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Frary wants to control but Gracie is keeping him busy. Gracie moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Frary looking to pass the guard. Gracie looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Frary moves into range and clinches up with Gracie. Frary will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Gracie up against the cage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Frary manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Frary on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Frary tries to get out of the position. Gracie working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Steve Frary showed his dominance in that final round. Well Frary has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
