Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Endo Hosei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Endo Hosei! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jack Frost! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hosei is looking to land body kicks. Hosei tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Frost paws at him with a jab and circles away. Hosei's corner calls for a 1-2. Hosei obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Hosei misses with the combination.
Hosei looks to land a combination but Frost avoids it well. Hosei will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hosei moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hosei is fending him off so far but Frost persists. Nope, Hosei circles away and we're back to standing. Frost showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hosei.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost is looking to clinch. Frost takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The fighters circling - Hosei throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Hosei darts in trying to clinch and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. A head kick by Hosei misses and Frost counters with a shoot takedown. Hosei fights it but they end up in guard. Hosei is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Frost is controlling him. Frost wanted to stand there but Hosei had control of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Frost won't allow Hosei to get back to his feet. Frost is stalling in the full guard. Frost prevents Hosei from getting back to his feet. Frost gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Hosei misses with a head kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hosei tries to clinch up. Frost misses with a takedown attempt - Hosei sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Hosei scores with a hook. Hosei throws a sloppy head kick so Frost counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Frost wants to control from the top but Hosei keeps moving. Frost wants to get up but he can't break Hosei's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hosei wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Frost manages to pass to side control. Hosei is breathing heavily. Hosei is trying to stand.
Hosei knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Frost on the ground. Frost is keen to just control but Hosei is a slippery customer. Frost looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Hosei is refusing to be controlled, as Frost sits in half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Frost dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Hosei closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Hosei scores with a hook to the body. Hosei unloads a knee to the mid-section. Hosei manages to break the clinch.

Endo Hosei is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Frost slips a straight right by Hosei. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A head kick by Hosei misses and Frost counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Frost prevents Hosei from standing back up.
Frost is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hosei sees it coming and defends easily. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Hosei tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Frost!
