Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Humahuta Kumahuta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tommy Jensen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Humahuta Kumahuta! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tommy Jensen! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jensen looks to land a combination but Kumahuta avoids it well. Jensen closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Jensen decides to stand back up. Kumahuta tries for a takedown but Jensen circles away easily and Jensen counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Kumahuta has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Kumahuta lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Jensen! Kumahuta goes for an armbar but Jensen turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Jensen. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jensen is looking to stand up but Kumahuta won't let him. Kumahuta controlling Jensen's posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kumahuta escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Jensen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Kumahuta is breathing heavily. Kumahuta is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Kumahuta working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jensen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jensen manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jensen postures up.
Jensen trying to stand up but can't free himself from Kumahuta's guard. Kumahuta had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Jensen is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kumahuta Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Jensen's back instead. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Jensen wants to control his opponent's hands but Kumahuta gets his hands free. Jensen is trying to get back to his feet but Kumahuta has full control of the position and if anything, Jensen has just worked his way into a worse spot. Kumahuta wants to control but Jensen is keeping busy. Kumahuta wants to control the position but Jensen frees himself and scrambles - Kumahuta manages to regain control in side control.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Jensen moves into the clinch. Jensen gets underhooks to prevent Kumahuta's takedown attempt.
Jensen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kumahuta has him pressed against the cage. Jensen wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Kumahuta manages to break the clinch.
Kumahuta tries for a takedown but Jensen circles away easily and Jensen counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Humahuta Kumahuta. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jensen looking to pass the guard. Kumahuta has his hands on Jensen's head, controlling the position. Jensen looking to pass the guard. Kumahuta is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kumahuta keeping moving, preventing Jensen from controlling successfully. Jensen wants to get up but he can't break Kumahuta's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Kumahuta is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Jensen has his takedown stuffed and Kumahuta counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kumahuta controlling the pace. Kumahuta works his way into side control. Kumahuta tries to advance to mount but Jensen denies him. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Jensen is not content to let Kumahuta control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Jensen dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Jensen fails with the takedown and Kumahuta counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kumahuta. Kumahuta is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Kumahuta chips away with some ground and pound. Kumahuta thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Jensen throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Jensen wants to sweep here but Kumahuta controlling him for the moment. Kumahuta has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Kumahuta won't allow Jensen to get back to his feet. Kumahuta is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Kumahuta thows a big elbow that misses. Kumahuta is stalling in the full guard. Jensen keeping moving, preventing Kumahuta from controlling successfully.

He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Kumahuta pushes down on Jensen's leg and manages to get into half guard. Kumahuta lands with a punch from half guard.

Kumahuta swings around for an armbar but Jensen sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Kumahuta's guard. Kumahuta wants to sweep but no luck. Kumahuta tries to lock up and control but Jensen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Kumahuta sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Kumahuta makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kumahuta. Kumahuta is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jensen advances to half guard. Kumahuta is controlling Jensen's trapped leg to prevent Jensen from advancing to side control. The fighters are battling for position here. Kumahuta manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Kumahuta tries to land a sweep but no joy. Kumahuta manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Jensen is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Kumahuta is going olschool here, as he tries to force Jensen to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jensen shrugs it off.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kumahuta has hold of Jensen's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Jensen manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Kumahuta landing with strikes. What can Jensen do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Jensen is keeping busy.

Jensen is trying escape back to his feet. He turns into his opponent's guard and eventually finds his way back to his feet. Humahuta Kumahuta is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Kumahuta looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Well, if Kumahuta is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

And that's the end of the fight! Humahuta Kumahuta showed his dominance in that final round. I think Kumahuta has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
