Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between kalle Anka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Tigar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anka comes to the cage accompanied by My Territory. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tigar shoots in but no luck this time.
Tigar is trying hard to land a takedown here. Anka sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Tigar shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Anka as he avoids it easily.
Anka throws and low kick but Tigar moves out of range easily.
Anka shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tigar defends it nicely.
The fighters circle momentarily. Anka darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A punch lands to the side of Anka 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Anka tries to close the distance and clinch but Tigar swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tigar is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Tigar closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Anka did well to prevent Tigar getting side control.

Tigar is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Tigar's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Anka dodges the ground and pound from Tigar.
Tigar thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Anka parries the strikes from Tigar easily there. Tigar is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Anka to escape.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Anka is pushing Tigar's head away, looking to escape. Tigar manages to hold on to the position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

so Tigar counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Anka tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tigar swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tigar shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Anka motions for Tigar to come forward. Anka throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Tigar won't allow Anka to get back to his feet.

Tigar decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Tigar shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Anka's guard.

Anka wants to get back to his feet but Tigar is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Tigar leaves Anka with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Anka is in a horrible position here. Tigar smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Anka is looking to improve his position but Tigar isn't that keen on the idea.

Tigar is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Anka is defending well though. Tigar let's go of the attempt for now.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Anka tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tigar rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Anka moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tigar closes the distance and clinches up with Anka, looking for a takedown. Tigar pushes Anka against the cage but Anka circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tigar will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Mirko Tigar comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Tigar has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
