Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teddy LeBear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LeBear has chosen Care Bear Tv Intro as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rick James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Teddy LeBear! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by James or perhaps it was just good defense by LeBear which made him look bad. James fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. LeBear sprawls well initially but James persists and gets the takedown into half guard. James is trying to control the action in half guard but LeBear is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. LeBear tries to kick James off but James keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Still in half guard, James seems content to control. LeBear is looking to escape. LeBear trying to hold on to James's head to control him but James postures up.
James throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. James passes the guard and advances to mount! James fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. James controlling his opponent. LeBear wants to control but James is having none of it. LeBear is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but James is staying active.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. LeBear defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from James. James pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
James controlling from the full mount. LeBear wants to control but James is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. LeBear is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
James controlling from mount. James looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. James has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of LeBear's face.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. James punching from mount but LeBear doing a good job of avoiding damage. LeBear tries to get back to half guard but can't. James trying to control but he's not successful this time. James controlling the pace for now. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. James tries to control but LeBear wriggling away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rick James dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
James slips a jab and a cross from LeBear.
LeBear cracks James with a right hand to the side of the head. A combination from LeBear does no damage. James moves away from the strike by LeBear. James shoots for a double leg takedown but LeBear sprawls well. He's pushed James's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. James defending well as LeBear loads up on a big left hand. James tries to clinch there but LeBear circles away.
James avoids the body shot from LeBear.
James shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. James thows a huge punch but LeBear dodges it nicely.
LeBear wants to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. LeBear trying to hold on to James's head to control him but James postures up.
James prevents LeBear from improving his position. LeBear is looking to control James's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can LeBear avoid being mounted? James decides to stand up. James rushes LeBear and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. LeBear lands a body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. LeBear breaks from the clinch.
James scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. James tries to pass the half guard into mount. LeBear knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. James seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but LeBear does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. James missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. LeBear wants to control but James is keeping busy.
James is trying to control. LeBear wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. James is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. James tries to pass to full mount but LeBear defends it.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. LeBear moves in looking to clinch but James pushes him off. LeBear throws a nice looking combination but James bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. LeBear wants to clinch up but James keeps it at a distance. LeBear misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. LeBear gets in close and instigates a clinch. LeBear wants to break the clinch but can't.
LeBear breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. James shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. LeBear is trying desperately to improve position. LeBear is breathing heavily. James unloading with bombs! A nice elbow there by James.
It looks like Teddy LeBear has been cut. LeBear is in all sorts of trouble here.
James controlling the position easily from mount. James has hold of LeBear's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and LeBear manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rick James dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Teddy LeBear's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
LeBear moves into the clinch. James changes levels and goes for a takedown here. LeBear fights it off and pushes away nicely.
LeBear defends well against a solid takedown attempt from James. The fight stays on the outside here - LeBear looks like he's thinking about clinching though. James shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rick James. That's going to take a lot out of him. James tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. James closes the distance and clinches up with LeBear, looking for a takedown. James pushes LeBear against the cage but LeBear circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. LeBear leaves James with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. LeBear tries to clinch but fails miserably and James decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in LeBear's guard. Rick James overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. James looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Both fighters are breathing heavily. LeBear manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. James manages to get himself to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. LeBear wants to stand but James has a closed guard, so he can't escape. James is looking for a triangle but LeBear pushes his legs off easily.
LeBear decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. LeBear instigates a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. James has LeBear pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. LeBear manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. LeBear breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
LeBear looks to throw the jab but James is out of range. James looks for a takedown but LeBear sprawls well. LeBear throws a body punch but James moves out of range. LeBear misses the shot to the body. James avoids a punch combination nicely.
LeBear tries to clinch up and James counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. James trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. LeBear wriggles free and stands up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. LeBear darts in and clinches James up against the cage. James is trying to maintain a safe position but LeBear gets an underhook and turns James into the cage. LeBear looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. James has LeBear pressed against the cage, preventing LeBear from circling away and getting back to striking at range. James has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. LeBear avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. James jumps guard but LeBear stands there with James around his waist. James gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
LeBear breaks the clinch.
James uses good head movement to avoid the hook from LeBear. James shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches LeBear napping and manages to drive through into side control! James cracks LeBear with a big elbow. LeBear is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but James has just dragged him back down to the mat. LeBear can't do much from the bottom here. James happy to just control the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sloppy strikes there by James.
And that's the end of the fight! Rick James showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for James, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
