Silva wants to clinch up but Wang keeps it at a distance.

Silva shoots in for a takedown but Wang shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Wang drives through with a takedown into guard.

Silva knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wang on the ground.

Silva looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Wang drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wang jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Silva has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Wang has passed into side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wang is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Silva is trying to escape and Wang transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Silva is forced to tap! Nice work there by Wang! Very nice indeed!
