The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norstad stuffs the takedown.
Norstad fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fist manages to avoid it.
Nice takedown defense from Norstad. No joy for Fist on that attempt.
Fist shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Norstad sprawls well. Norstad wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fist gets slowly back to his feet.
