Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank Rutt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rutt might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Underdog. John Torres has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Torres moves out of range of the strikes.
Torres tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Rutt swivels and escapes.

Torres throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rutt throws the left hand but Torres avoids the punch easily.

Torres throws a leg kick which misses Rutt's front leg but catches the back leg as Rutt tries to avoid it.
Rutt darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Torres shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rutt pinned against the cage. Rutt gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Rutt throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Torres stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Torres might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Rutt has got the better of the exchanges.

Rutt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
